Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders from 938 Holdings LLC d/b/a Sarault & Co. at sarault.co. It works with our Terms of Service and Return and Trial Policy.

Where we ship

• United States only
• No PO boxes
• No mail forwarders
• No package lockers

We need a physical street address where an adult can sign.

How we ship

• Carrier: UPS or FedEx (as available for the order)
• Insured for full value
• Adult signature required
• We ship within two business days of the order (barring carrier disruption or a pricing-error hold)
• Typical transit: two to five business days after handoff to the carrier

Shipping cost

• Outbound shipping is a flat $100 per order, charged at checkout
• Every saddle ships insured for full value with adult signature required

Return shipping on a trial return is paid by the buyer. See the Return and Trial Policy.

When the trial clock starts

The 7-day (or paid 14-day) trial starts at the carrier's delivery scan, not at first ride. See the Return and Trial Policy.

Title and risk of loss pass on delivery under the Terms of Service.

Age to sign

The person who signs for delivery must be 18 or older.

Damage in transit (to you)

Photograph packaging before full unpack. Tell us the same day via the contact form. We handle the outbound carrier claim. Keep packaging until we confirm.
