Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases from 938 Holdings LLC doing business as Sarault & Co. ("we," "us," "our") at sarault.co (the "Store"), hosted on Shopify.

By completing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Return and Trial Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. What we sell
We sell pre-owned English and Western saddles on consignment. Every saddle we list has been inspected in hand against our published 27-point checklist, graded (Like New / Excellent / Very Good / Good), photographed, and listed with that inspection record. "Verified" means that process. We do not sell a saddle we have not physically inspected.
Saddles are sold as described in the published inspection record. The inspection record and stated grade control over photographs if they differ. Grades are our assessment at the inspection date. They are not a warranty that the saddle will perform the same way in the future or fit every horse or rider.
We stand behind the accuracy of the inspection record as of inspection. To the extent Florida law allows for a merchant seller of used goods, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. That disclaimer does not erase our express promise that the inspection record is accurate.
Brand names on a listing identify the maker of a used saddle. They do not mean the maker endorses us or guarantees the saddle.
2. Fit guidance is opinion
Anything we say about fit, tree width, flocking, panel condition, or suitability is opinion, not a formal fitting. The trial exists so you can put the saddle on your horse and decide. Nothing we say replaces a qualified fitter who has seen the horse.
3. The seven-day trial — sale with a right of return
You buy the saddle at checkout. You pay in full. This is a completed sale with a contractual right of return. It is not a bailment, rental, or loan.
Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier delivers the saddle (delivery scan / adult signature). From that moment, the saddle is yours, subject to your right to return it under the Return and Trial Policy.
You have seven days from the carrier's delivery scan to return the saddle if it is not right, on the conditions in the Return and Trial Policy (incorporated by reference). If you return on time and the saddle passes re-inspection, we refund the saddle price. You pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

4. Extended 14-Day Trial
At checkout you may buy an Extended 14-Day Trial for $175. It is a separate line item. It is non-refundable. It applies to one saddle on that order.
The extension only lengthens the same right of return from seven days to fourteen days from the delivery scan. It is not a rental. The $175 extension fee is never refunded, whether you keep or return the saddle.
5. Prices, tax, and pricing errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is collected where Shopify requires. The amount shown at checkout controls for that order.
If we discover a clear pricing error before we ship, we will tell you. You may proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for that saddle. If you cancel before we ship and you purchased an Extended 14-Day Trial only for that cancelled order, we will also refund that unused extension fee.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows:
- Our total liability arising out of any purchase is capped at the saddle price you paid for that saddle.
- We exclude consequential, incidental, special, and indirect damages, including injury to horse or rider arising from use of a saddle, lost competition fees, veterinary costs, and similar losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit.
7. Intellectual property
Photographs, inspection records, grades, copy, and the "Verified" mark on the Store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or a Store purchase is the state or federal courts in Walton County, Florida.
9. Age
You must be 18 or older to purchase and to sign for delivery. By ordering, you confirm you meet that requirement.
10. Shipping and returns (incorporated)
Outbound shipping rules are in the Shipping Policy. Return and trial rules are in the Return and Trial Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
United States only. No PO boxes, mail forwarders, or package lockers. Outbound shipping is a flat $100 per order, charged at checkout.
11. Acceptance
Required checkout checkbox. You cannot complete an order without checking a box that says you agree to these Terms and the Return and Trial Policy. By checking that box and completing your order, you accept these Terms and the linked policies.
The required checkbox text is: "I agree to the Terms of Service and the Return and Trial Policy" — with links to the Terms of Service and the Return and Trial Policy. Notice-only checkout (agree-by-order without a checkbox) is not used.
12. Changes; contact
