The extension is available only with a saddle purchase. Choose it on your saddle’s page or in your cart before checkout. It cannot be added after purchase.

The trial-extension fee is non-refundable for a standard return. The pre-shipment cancellation exception and mandatory legal rights still apply.

For a standard return, a 10% restocking fee applies to the pre-tax saddle sale price, and you pay insured return shipping. Original shipping and the trial-extension fee are non-refundable for a standard return. Separate terms apply to damage, material misdescription and cancellation before shipment.
